– Upload malware, spyware, ransomware, or malicious scripts
– Attempt unauthorized system access
– Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities
– Disrupt service availability or performance
– Submit fraudulent vendor or supplier information

– Expose confidential procurement information
– Share vendor data externally
– Download restricted enterprise data without authorization
– Store platform data on unsecured personal systems
All platform data must be treated as enterprise confidential.

Suppliers and vendors agree that all submissions must be:
– Accurate
– Truthful
– Current
– Legally compliant
False submissions may result in removal and legal escalation.

Onshore reserves the right to:
– Monitor activity for security compliance
– Suspend or terminate access immediately
– Report violations to enterprise customers or authorities
